Oklahoma Small Lender Database

This website exists to comply with the State of Oklahoma Small Lenders Act. The Act requires use of a statewide database approved by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit to check eligibility for all small loan transactions conducted in the state. This site represents the primary access point to the statewide small loan database. In order to access the database, you must be a licensed Oklahoma Small Lender (OSL) and have an assigned User ID and Password.
